We ship from New Zealand and aim to ship all orders within 1-3 business days.

During a sale period like Black Friday please allow additional time for dispatch (up to 7 working days) due to the high amount of orders received.  In addition during sale periods we are unable to make amendments once an order has been placed due to the large volume received. Please double check your order is correct before proceeding to checkout. 

Please provide a physical address at checkout as we do not ship to PO Boxes.

All orders are shipped with New Zealand Post via Tracked Couriers who aim to delivery in 1-3 business days.  Please allow extra time for rural delivery.
